The Services offered include:

• Supply the necessary Technical information for the write up of complete and adequate specifications for a Project.
• Quote the viable options so our customers may choose the most convenient equipment according to their needs.
• Provide complete information to include customs duties, taxes, Insurance and Freight costs to the site for the correct evaluation and budgeting of an acquisition.
• Follow up Purchase Orders from the acceptance until the supply and startup in its case.
• Actively participate in mail between customer and manufacturer to insure meeting of delivery dates, drawings for approval, changes and modifications, documents, equipment tests, packaging and shipping, etc.
• Recommend and supply spare parts for the supplied equipment for a certain number of years.
  Services of Repair and/or Modernization or Upgrade of existing equipment regardless of make, in its case making “Retrofits” to obsolete equipment with existing ones.
